there are still maturity issues to be worked out. this is not an insult, simply that you are young and need to experience more time living/being together. as far as OP situation, PLEASE apologise immediately. then, sit down with her and explain how important it is to get to work on time. if going to sleep a half hour earlier in order to wake up earlier will make you both on time, do it.
