Jeter's numbers in the postseason in "clutch situations" are borderline horrible.

It obviously doesn't mean anything since it's such a small sample size, but it is always fun to point out to all the Jeter lovers who talk about how clutch he is.

carlos lee was worth 5.3 wins last year, and scottyP 5.

the white sox won the world series last year because they had a fantastic starting 5.

That is true, however there is a big chaos theory effect if Carlos Lee ends up being a White Sock. The whole season would have shaped out differently and the White Sox (as does any team) needed a lot of things to go right for them to win the World Series.

So without Luis Sojo the Yankees wouldn't have won those 4 World Series, but it doesn't really say anything.
