Re: Week 2 NCAAF - project the opening lines
Anybody have any extra insight on East carolina vs. North carolina this week? I have east carolina as -7.5 at home and lines I am seeing now are -4.5. Not much insight from last weeks game from North carolina except half of their Qbs yards came off 2 big plays essentially. Butch Davis should have their D better this year but not sure how much improvement they really have. Ty in advance for any info.

To those who are on Oregonst, they will have Stroughter back in uniform Thursday. Coach is being mum onto as what capacity he will be in game but he has been practicing with First team and spent last week on scout team.

I like ECU as well here but think the line is close to fair. |

Re: Week 2 NCAAF - project the opening lines
Just had interview on CSTV with Butch Davis and he stated the QB does not grasp the offense yet like they would like to at this point and time. I wonder how honest he is being but he seemed very admit about the future as well. JMU game makes it real tough as well I agree. On fence still on this one but may completely avoid it due to my uneasiness.

Re: Week 2 NCAAF - project the opening lines
I am liking TCU alot right now at +9.5 against Texas. TCU will give texas alot of problems. Texas is struggling running the ball as it is and if they can't get a running game going against TCU Colt will be having a tough time with this very experienced TCU defense. TCU returned 7 starters from last years team which was in top 3 overall.
TCU offense is little inexperienced but they run alot of option formations which this early in the season inexperienced defenses struggle with. Texas may have some better athletes but I don't see this being anything but close. TCu has valid chance at winning this game let alone just covering. Line should be 4.5(including homefield) points and getting 9.5 is a steal. Added pick: TCU +9.5 1.05units |

Navy at Rutgers -15.5 (Risk 1.62u to win 1.5u)
Don't think this is available at exactly this price any more, but I put the offer up on Matchbook a while ago and just now noticed that someone took it. |
