Probably like normal quarters. Every three months.

15% RB for Deuces level. So kinda sucks but better than nothing. Better RB at FTP and Stars though.

Yeah but how can you account for the horrible players on PP? Go check out the stt forum there was a recent post about so many regulars on ftp/stars even at the lowest level. Probably worth the trade off.

Don't think this is true. I just passed 2000 points and my status screen for King says that I'm "upgraded". However, I'm still earning points at 2x at Queen level....

I just made it to 20000 but it still says I'm an Ace. How long till it updates? I'm impatient!!!

My conversion happened the next day. Make sure you have got to 20k base points (not including "bonuses points for the month).
