He started a new thread asking where Travel was.
I locked his post and asked him to read the other relevant threads. He read this thread and posted the same question again. I referred him to another thread in which there is a link to the explanation of why he couldn't find Travel. He wanted to explain why he had posted the same question twice. I was going to tell him if he wanted "fair" he should ask the question again in OOT; but then I decided he's been punished enough and we should let it go and not humiliate him any further.
