james, i think you are a smart guy and always liked you and still do of course, but this is kind of a stupid statement.

ive known many instances over the past 8 years or so of people either getting their ass kicked, or kicking someones ass. without any charges being leveled or they were dropped if they were. i am not sure what bizarro world you are living in? maybe you are just completely not exposed to it?

Right, but people are sheep if they let themselves be attacked and don't do anything about it . In a civilization, you look to the authorities . I have seen a million cases myself where people don't(not many since college), but like i said if someone comes up and assaults you for "provoking" them, then it is perfectly within your rights to seek the authorities.

by the way, in the real world, physical violence is a completely appropriate repsonse to someone cheating you out of/not paying you money. im not saying i encourage or condone it but its reality. get stuck 20k to a bookie and see what happens. people get killed for cheating/owing much less money than this
