I'm not a big rap fan but both these songs get awesomely intense at the end:

"Lose Yourself" Eminem

Also, "One" by U2, the instrumental at the end of "Tunnel of Love" by Dire Straits, and "Tonight Tonight" by Smashing Pumpkins. And "The Ledge" by The Replacements.

Can't believe no one on the front page listed the extended solo version of Sultans of Swing by Dire Straits. I listen to that song and always eagerly await the ending...so powerful. Apologies if someone else already mentioned it.
