The horse will have no chance against mikes strength and strikes not to mention his phenomenal speed and foot coordination. The more interesting match would be Iron Mike versus elephant. Elephant has the weight advantage but Mike could probably jump at its head and punch it out. I put it at 65-35 for Mike.

if the horse cooperated and let you posistion it's leg for maximum leverage, you might be able to break it's leg by kicking it. maybe. but probably not.
there is miniscule chance any person could kill a resisting horse bare handed.
