i posted it because i initially thought it would really help out the village. think about it - if we were able to sacrifice 2 villagers in order to get a good idea about what seer everyone is, that'd be hot.

anyway, wtf is w/ u xorbie. you're acting like old-villager xorbie. is it real or did you just reread some of your old games?

If you're getting lynched, post your peeks before you die. Don't take the info with you, but don't give it out too early, either.

For crying out loud, not this again. It's day flipping one and I act the same freaking way on day one every stupid time.

Lynch a wolf, guys, not me. The sooner we lynch a wolf, the sooner we narrow down what kinds of seers we are. Otherwise it gets very hard to distinuish paranoid from insane, and naive from normal.

Alright, while I try to wrap my head around the best seer strategy, just an FYI for everyone ... my situation seems to be similar to nich's in that I often won't be around for nightfall. Most of my posting will be done between 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., with a few others here and there. Friday I won't be around much at all (but I'll at least try to make some contribution). I think it's only fair for everyone to know this.

I think here is a lot of merit to everyone NOT coming out with their picks the first 3 days, because I think the help it gives to the wolves trying to get rid of the normal/insane seers is much bigger than the help village gets later in the game from having all those early peeks. So that's where I fall on that argument.

for reference (anyone that didn't play/read lotr):

it was neil stevens' first game. he was a villager. he was *VERY* villagery. usually first few games are wolfy no matter what your role - but he was extremely villagery.

just keep that in mind. if he sounds wolfy, he might actually be a wolf this game. it isn't because he's new because he's already shown that he sounds like a villager if he is one
