Edward Norton is the best overall actor of his generation.

I'm not sure where the generational cutoff lies, but Johnny Depp is there too.

The fight between Bourne and Desh, for example, could have been one of the greatest movie fights ever, but I could barely tell what was going on, with all the extreme closeups and MTV-style quick cut editing.

I was thinking about all the two- to three-second clips that were in this movie. Man it must have been a lot of work to shoot the film. They had to set all the equipment up just to get a few seconds, and make sure that all the different shots lined up well together to form a coherent scene. If nothing else,

I imagine there were multiple cameras set up to shoot multiple angles simultaneously, but I agree that the editors were pretty phenomenal.

the interesting thing is how similar JS looked to Maria once her hair was cut and dyed. Perhaps subconsiously that was the reason he was attracted to Maria in the first place.

The reference back to Clive Owen's death scene to end the film was awesome.

The..."he drove off the roof." "HE WHAT?!!!" was awesome.

Damon has said there is little to no chance he'll do a 4th one unless it takes place maybe like 8-10 years later when Bourne is much older.

the awesome thing about how good the series was overall is when Bourne just casually breaks into the CIa building they don't even bother showing how he gets in when the entire building is looking for him...your just like "of course he gets in...cuz he's Jason [censored] Bourne. </font>

On a sidenote I wonder what is going thru Ben Affleck's head when he watches this.

Saw this yesterday and was content after leaving. But yeah, they really did ruin the fight scenes with that ridiculously jumpy camera crap.

I loved it, but, was noone else confused by the phone call Bourne makes to Landy, that was a repeat of the conversation they had in Supremacy?

was it the same exact conversation (meaning the Supremecy scene was a 'flash forward'), or was it a coded conversation?

I thought he was just making a callback to the first conversation.

The Supremacy scene was a flash forward.

All in all I really liked the movie. However, i do wish they would have gotten a little more in depth with the past relationship between Bourne and Nikki.

SPOILER in white:

<font color="white">It was a code, Landy repeated the end of their previous conversation EXCEPT she changed his birthdate to give away the location of the training facility.</font>
