Re: 3/6: river c/r bluff
which real hand would you bet twice and c/r on this board? i can't think of one.
just read that you'd play a fh like this, which might be ok cause i can't see anyone folding on the river. using this line as a bluff looks atrocious to me. |

Re: 3/6: river c/r bluff
ok. i stand corrected, bad play by me.
i guess he was just calling quickly on flop and turn and it really felt like he didn't have a King. results: he folded. yes, i know that these results don't matter. |

Re: 3/6: river c/r bluff
Yeah, pretty sure you had the best hand. If you think he's floating, why are you shoving? He's never getting to the river and VBing with a worse hand here.

Re: 3/6: river c/r bluff
Calling the river would have been so sexy. Phresh is right, your hand was probably good. He probably called off 2 streets thinking his deuces were good, then was like, crap, now I have the nut low, I better bet.
1010 or something probably checks behind the river. Note, calling river, like checkraising is retarded, but if you called and won w/ 5 high, that would have been awesome. |
