Default Top two with gross turn in Fuper

Tilt 150. Villain is 29/8/1.3 over 40 hands. I know he plays his draws quite passive post and is too loose with calls pre. The only other hand i played with him i raise HJ he calls BB flop TQT two spades, he checks i check turn 2 he checks i bet he calls river Ks he checks i check he shows 98ss.

Edit: BTW i think i should fold to a shove on the river but when he gives me 5 to 1 i'm pretty much stuck yea?

Are you guys folding pre knowing it's 8 handed as well? It's my default to fold utg 9 handed, but utg+1 i normally raise. Should i go one or two spots later?

Id say kqo is a fold, kqs is a raise unless your at an unusally tough table. The turn should have gone bet/fold or once you check and he nearly pots it c/f

I think I bet fold the turn. As played river is standard I think, but I don't mind betting either.
