Re: Official EDF MMA Thread Vol. II
Btw, if you guys check out the latest commercials on spike, it looks like Jrock is replacing whoever is injured.

Re: Official EDF MMA Thread Vol. II
Good call on Tommy's arm. I hadn't even considered that. I think J-Rock's the pretty obvious choice to replace the injured fighter, whoever it is.

[ QUOTE ]
Cung doesn't have enough KO power to win on the feet against Shamrock, and there's little chance he could effectively keep the fight there. Frank is just too good and too experienced as a well-rounded fighter. I like Cung, and it'll be interesting how he can evolve, but right now, Frank's just too much for him. [/ QUOTE ] Frank's wrestling has never impressed me and Cung Le has very good stand up grappling. I would bet on Frank mostly because Le is super over rated (and I'm still a huge Frank fanboy despite the fact that he's a gigantic douche) but I think he could struggle to take Le down. |

Re: Official EDF MMA Thread Vol. II
good call on the arm. Ben also wrenched tommy's arm pretty badly too in that triangle
as far as getting injured in training, it happens. usually it's from innocous stuff or just being hit or moving in a slightly different way that results in injury |
