I have been analyzing my game lately and it has allowed me to identify some of the things that cause me the most trouble. I have 2 questions, but I will post them under different titles...the other one will be titled: times for CR bluff? For this one, I would like to ask for everyone's opinion on the optimal strategy to beat the heads up calling station. I have the most trouble with these kinds of opponents. The ones who call everything, and sometimes play trappy. When they are catching hands, it seems like it is impossible to beat them. I have my own theory for how to adjust to them, but I would like to hear some other opinions first.

Well that is the obvious one, but it is not always that simple. Clearly I should be value betting more, and checking more flops, but what if villain is bluffing/C betting every chance he gets or at any sign of weakness?
