I own a staffing company. We want to reach Engineering Managers or other decision makers in manufacturing companies in a specific geographic area. Cold calling works great but, we would be willing to try some new things or spend money to get our name out there a bit more.

For a more direct/personal approach could be an idea to visit the biggest trade shows of the area, where potential customers are present with stands and get in touch with them. Take advantage also of the fact that some of them are probably linked togheter or are part of a category organization to spread your contacts.
Another idea could be to organize some seminars where you present an important/interesting topic about staffing and why the firms you are targeting should care about it and then at the same time obviously in an indirect way promote your firm. |
