That would have been so awesome if they had sent him the 'fee' up front. Should have tried talking them down some.
See if they will send $15 first as a sign of 'good faith' or something like that after which you super-duper-pinky-promise to deposit $3k on their site...not just $2k.

then you say you deposited it into your AP account instead and they should be able to see it and that you didn't really think you HAD to send it to their neteller, you thought it was just an option they were presenting since you didn't have an AP acct yet.
And then insist that they should be able to see the $3k...and then say that if they transfer you another $15 you will then send another $3k to their neteller account.

ok, gg me. about 2 mins later he admits that he was scamming me, BUT LOL< he says Im a 'lucky punk' that the PS accounts didnt work as he would have my $$ if they did. Obv he doesnt get that I kept him going for so long to get all his accounts shut down. His AIM name is 'Osiris CS God'

I have only one remark. It could have also very well be the case that this (the scam) guy just gave the pokertars nicknames of some nice "friend" of him (you get it - guy he did't like, to have their accounts closed, or hassle with them). But they don't look clever enough for that.
