Looking for poker tips for Vegas this weekend
I know these type of posts are here all the time. My friend is going to Vegas this weekend and asked me to post and ask.
Where are the softest 2/5 NL cash games? Where are the best MTTs in the $50-$500 range? Thanks. |

Re: Looking for poker tips for Vegas this weekend
You should have pretended to post this, told your friend 'The Sahara and the MGM', and saved yourself a lot of abuse.

Re: Looking for poker tips for Vegas this weekend
game selection is more about getting out when it's bad than getting in when it's good.

Re: Looking for poker tips for Vegas this weekend
50-500 is a bit too wide of a range. your friend should narrow it down.

Re: Looking for poker tips for Vegas this weekend
200-500 on the weekend runs at almost any room with 8+ tables running. Almost every house runs a 50$ tourny on the weekends. Harrahs/Flamingo etc... I useually play the cash games a night when i get into town and take signs at front and they almost all advertise a tourny for the morning, 10am-noon. While this is vague, vegas is vast.
As another poster stated there isnt good games here and not there, its all about the time of day and the quality of players. By any standars after 10pm almost every game is "soft" as there will be 1 or 2 shitfaced dummies pissing a BI or two. |
