I call and expect to see some random J or QT clubs.

These sort of players can't play their big hands the same as they play their random bluffs, so he rarely, if ever has an A here.

Timing is really important with the bet too.

Fold and wait for a better spot, unless you have seen him make these type of plays before with air.

Fold, imo he has JJ and is hoping you have AK.

There is no reason you wouldnt slowplay AK on that flop.

You don't "Wait for a better spot" in cash games. You try to make the most +EV move and if you lose, reload.

It's hard for me to elaborate as a lot of it is based on subconscious feel that you develop over a lot of hands by paying attention. (Kind of like the book Blink by Malcom Gladwell).

But.. that being said - I'll try.

I think if he shoves real quick he's not as strong. He'd have to think a little bit of his bet size with an A or JJ and Nath had a good point about the flop play. with minraises.
