Depends, kinda.
If its any reasonable mid-to-high-limit game being seriously played, automatic KITN. If its a socialable 4/8ish donkpartyfest with people asking the dealer to sweat cards, talk of halfpots for the dealer, drinking, etc., meh, no big deal at all. In Tx's case, KITN. |

It is the dealer why should you care. I would understand if a player did it. Did the dealer tell your hand? Too many peeps get too strung out over ettiquette!
