NL 100 - Is this spew? Straight draw gets min-raise by nit
Villain is 14/8.5/0.18 in a large sample. Should I be folding this way earlier? Pot odds are marginal and implied odds are poor, but I can't help myself. Is this spew?

Is that AF right? Lordy ...
No, I think you did it right. He has a set more often than he has QT or T7, and you have solid outs against a set. On the flop, you're getting over 4:1, on the turn, just under 4:1. Clear river fold. |

You have no implied odds here. Someone with that AF over whatever is a decent sample has you beat, i muck the flop.

We're paying 11 into a pot of 47...express odds alone justify a call here, and villain's set isn't going to stop firing. On the turn, villain gives us pot odds yet again (if he bet pot, this would be a fold, IMO), so the call is fine. River's an obvious fold. If villain was feeling frisky and limp-called QTs, then hats off to him, but I'd put him squarely on 88/99 |
