Um. I just looked at the ToS on PartyPoker.com, and there's nothing against USA players, so I figured I'd be ninja and try to deposit. Wrong.

If you don't have skills enough to beat NL200 then any amount would be okay I guess. But you don't need 100k online to deal with the swings.

I played 100nl with $760 when moving up. Depends how good you are. Knowing what I know now abotu how easy that level was, I don't think it was a big mistake. I think if you have more than a 10 buyin downswing at 100NL, you suck at poker - or at least sucked during that timeframe.
