1 Way Plane Tickets
Does anyone roll with these badboys? I tried to once and got stopped before boarding airplane connecting flight they forced me to buy a plane ticket out of the country or I couldn't enter. How does thist stuff workz

There are some countries where, if you want to enter only on your passport (or on a tourist visa, for countries that require tourist visas), you have to prove that you have a return ticket out of the country. This is to discourage people entering as "tourists" and then not leaving. If you call your destination country's local consulate, they should be able to tell you what the policy is. |

Trying to get to America from Europe one way. Round-trip was about $1000 and one-way was $4000. |

[/ QUOTE ] My understanding is that airlines are on the hook for paying for the ticket out of the country if they fly someone in who doesn't have a return ticket. |
