Hmmmm...I'm guessing you checked the turn because you wanted to disguise the strength of your hand by playing tricky. That's totally unneccessary at NL2 and probably all the way up to NL25 (in which case, playing tricky will only be good if you have an aggressive opponent). Just keep betting for value as the loose players at your level will pay you off.

IMO, most villains will not give you credit for the flush anyway and may try to bluff all-in.
