I'd just pitch it preflop most often. u opened utg and he 3bet from the blinds so he's usually got you dominated or worse.

that said, against an unknown I like the flop call and would drop it on the turn since its likely you caught a piece of the flop pretty well and he doesnt expect you to fold.
