[ QUOTE ]
Just like when the Colts lost to the chargers in the midst of their perfect season run, and it was claimed this provided the blueprint, my feeling was the Colts just didn't show up with the hammer ready to play.

[/ QUOTE ]
The Colts lost in the playoffs when the Steelers showed up with the same 3-4 defense and got relentless pressure with their OLBs. If ever there were a case for a blueprint, that was it.

No, what you said was is

[ QUOTE ]
Yeah if, the steelers run every trick play in the book to perfection, munch surprise off-side kicks, and a different Q comes in than is originally gameplanned for. But I wouldnt discount it.

[/ QUOTE ]

Which suggests the only reason Philly got close was by running all the trick plays in the book (I counted two), recovering two onside kicks (I counted one, which the eagles didn't score on), and AJ Feeley playing instead of McNabb, (which others have touched on, was a definite possibility all week).

You NEVER mentioned anything about the Eagles playing well on both sides of the ball.
