33$ - QJ against donkish minraise, flopping biig
Hi, how do you like this?
You could certainly make a point for folding pf. Sidenote: villain loves to make hero calls. Re: 33$ - QJ against donkish minraise, flopping biig
Against an UTG min-raise I would fold this pre-flop. As played you need to bet out the flop though to protect your hand vs. any flush draw, AK/AT/AQ/AJ etc type of hand. And it gives him the chance to push on you, in which case you'd be happy to call.
So id bet out 600 in this pot; call a re-push.. or push any "blank" turn card if he calls my flop bet. |

Re: 33$ - QJ against donkish minraise, flopping biig
I think going for a CR is best, we can expect villain to bet a large percentage of the time in position. PF is meh b/c unless you flop something big, you'll be pretty unsure of your hand.

Re: 33$ - QJ against donkish minraise, flopping biig
I'd probably only bet 1000 to price him in, but as OP said, he liked to make hero calls, so I can see the value in shoving too. 1000 probably gets paid off more often and I would say is better.

I'm not calling this preflop. Maybe if it was soooted, but not with a medium chip stack and bad position.

Re: 33$ - QJ against donkish minraise, flopping biig
think im just dumping pf but it cant be that bad.
i think its unlikely he'll call this so id go for more of a value-town bet, maybe ~900-1000 |
