bet slightly more than half pot on the turn and fold to resistance. charging flush draws by double barreling is usually +EV vs. this type of villain. with an aggression factor of 3, it's also likely he can find a fold in a lot of marginal situations. it's unlikely he's looking to check/call check/raise on such a drawy board so I am betting here nearly every time.
