OP failed to plan the hand preflop when he called the raise...if you are going to play this hand OOP, i think you HAVE to reraise it to 35 or 40...then c/c flop isn't bad, but mostly i lead the flop, and shove against a raise. if he trapped KK or AA, nh sir, but if he called with 77 or 88 he almost payed too much to see the flop. otherwise, you should be +75% to win.

I would 3-bet this preflop as standard.
When you make that big c/r on the flop, you cannot ever fold to a shove. You are getting ridiculous odds and you often have the best hand. I think I like c/c better than c/r on the flop though |
