Satelite question: priced in, or wait for a better spot?
I have a very limited amount of experience playing satelites, and I felt that during this tourney.
Here is one of the hands that I was most unsure about. Avg stack: 6952 people left: 378 Places getting paid: 300 Full Tilt Poker, NL Hold'em Tournament, 400/800 Blinds, 100 Ante, 9 Players LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter MP2: 4,064 CO: 3,285 BTN: 6,299 SB: 4,495 Hero (BB): 5,980 UTG: 5,371 UTG+1: 3,529 UTG+2: 8,230 MP1: 3,377 Pre-Flop: (2,100) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB) 3 folds, MP1 raises to 3,277 and is All-In, 2 folds, BTN folds, SB folds, Hero ??? |

Re: Satelite question: priced in, or wait for a better spot?
Even if it was a regular tournament you are not priced into this hand.
I would only call this if I had ~2.5BB left. |

You're not getting good odds (2.1) and its for over half your stack. If you pass on this, you'll still have a decent stack with fold equity.
