You're getting 4:1 on your money, opponent could've missed the flush draw... I guess maybe I'd call... he has to be bluffing 1 in 4 times rigth?

I make it 5:1, which means he needs to be bluffing once out of every six times for it to be break even (1*50-5*10 = 0). Of course, you have UTG behind you, so, that changes things, since he could be going for the c/r.

If it was me, I'd probably fold, because of UTG being there, and the bettor has to expect to be called by one of you because of the pot odds.

Impossible to make a decision here, I'd time out because I don't know UTG's stack size or my own.

I think I'd just go all in on the river, assuming UTG and you aren't a lot deeper. You can easily get looked up by worse for so little money.
