Re: 25NL - A high flush facing giant overbet on paired board
[ QUOTE ]
Please dont use the logic of having so little invested as a reason to fold. Dont use it ever actually. Either you have a hand that is ahead of his range or you dont, but that has NOTHING to do with how much is invested. [/ QUOTE ] strongly agree, money invested is a sunk cost |

Re: 25NL - A high flush facing giant overbet on paired board
im sorry thebob I totally disagree w/ you here
Villian is obv a donk shoving into a 1.25$ pot, he has so many hands he could have hear that you have crushed, the hands that you beat greatly out ways the hands you lose to imo. If villain has boat or quads dont you think he would try extract value??? instacall here |

Re: 25NL - A high flush facing giant overbet on paired board
insta-call you made your hand and his line makes no sense. If he has the FH its a major cooler and your just gonna have to pay him off. but I think you are winning a large majority of the time here

Re: 25NL - A high flush facing giant overbet on paired board
Definitely a call here. I think we are up against a lower flush a good portion of the time and villain is trying to get more value out of the miniscule pot. The small donk lead looks like a standard play (for a donk) with a draw. He has lower flush 95% of the time and 43o the other 5%.

Re: 25NL - A high flush facing giant overbet on paired board
I think you can profitably call here. A 22/14 sounds at least decent enough to try to get value out of a good hand. This move looks pretty insane for a full house. I would lean towards calling.

Im folding this every single time, you have no money invested in the pot and you are most likely beat here..

I would play fullhouse the same, go all in and pray that the villain hit flush top 2 or something, im not sure would villain do this with smaller flush tho. |
