I say lower the blinds to 50/100/200 no ante.

I think playing more within the players bankrolls will allow for much more action. Players would be more likely to make moves and bluffs.

PLO wouldn't work. It would be AI every hand with alot of hands being chopped due to multiple runnings.

OP's suggestions 1 and 3 are good though.

That wouldn't be an issue as long as the players are deep-stacked. In fact, the blinds should be lowered to 200/400 (no ante), since PLO pots tend to be bigger than NLHE at the same stakes.

With deep stacks and the pot-limit restriction, there should be plenty of room for play.

PLO is a naturally exciting game, and there won't be a need for bounties or terrible players to keep the game action-packed.

The only impediment is this: Will the audience be overwhelmed by the number of cards?

You serious? Leveling?

Did you see HSP at all this season? The action looks like a play money table.

Apart from that, the players on HSP aren't adjusting their moves and bluffs to the size of the blinds, so lowering the blinds wouldn't change anything anyway.. that's just ridiculous.
