1,2,4 and for the bad sessions: "when I get back to even" or "when I can no longer see straight".

If I'm having a long, annoying session I'll quit as soon as I'm up a reasonable amount (even if its just a couple hundred) so that I can feel good about buyng some booze and food.

Sometimes I'll start a session and quit in <10 minutes when I realize I just don't feel like playing.

Frequently I just quit when I realize I'm sitting at a bunch of 5/10 or 10/20 tables and all the fish are gone and I've been playing for an hour already and don't want to grind out 2/4.

1.) Reached goal of xxxx hands or x hours.
2.) Tags everywhere on all your tables, aka games suck.
3.) Stop loss of x buyins reached.
4.) Up x buyins, no longer want to play.
5.) Large swings.
6.) Boredom.
7.) (insert reason here)

I'm sure there are more so feel free to add on.

[/ QUOTE ]

I never stick to daily hand or hour goals. Quitting while way ahead would cost me a ton of money IMO.

I tilt hard and quit after making a big mistake. Other than that, I finish if my mind gets dull, or if the tables go to s--t.

All of mine have probably been said. I don't have any sorta stop loss/stop if +$XX,XXX. Its pretty rare I lose more than a buyin or two to tilt before I realize I shouldn't be playing on my own.

I just quit when I do something really stupid or feel like I'm not concentrating anymore (it is nice when I pick this up BEFORE I lost a stupid allin).

I quit if the tables suck also. Sometimes I'll only hve a 15 min session that consists of:

Log in and sit at a bunch of tables
Play 30 hands per table
Realize theres no fish
Quit

I think this is +EV. It is for my time at least.
