25NL - Flushed away?
Not many hands in, but the table seemed pretty loose.
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums) Hero ($21.20) SB ($8.15) BB ($21.50) UTG ($18.55) MP ($12) CO ($15.05) Preflop: Hero is Button with 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. UTG calls $0.25, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.25, SB completes, BB checks. I'll limp in a loose game from the button with unsuited connectors. Flop: ($1) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players) SB bets $0.75, BB calls $0.75, UTG calls $0.75, Hero calls $0.75. Middle pair and low end of a straight draw. The implied odds look good; I call. Turn: ($4) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players) SB bets $2.5, BB raises to $5, UTG folds, Hero folds. Good news: I hit my straight. Bad news: 2 guys like their hands when the flush card hit. 3 others players wanted to see the turn, so I don't think I could possibly be ahead here. Also, I really don't have much to draw to other than 2 outs. |

Re: 25NL - Flushed away?
I will often raise this preflop, but prob fine to call.
As played, flop is fine Turn fine...both would have to have 2 pair/TPTK for you to be good here, unlikely i think. Being sandwiched in the middle sucks |
