what do u put villain on? 45, two pair? set?

Cuz there's alot of pair + straight draws that may turn there hand into a bluff on the river, and alot of 78, 67, hands that play this the same way...

You've played it like you have an ace, and he really doesn't seem to care. So, I'd put him at 2 pair+, weighted towards sets and straights. I'm not sure he would play bad two pair hands this strong. If he thought about river for a long time before pushing that might bring those low two pair hands more into it.

You could stove all the two pair, sets, and straights that seem likely and look at your equity. I don't think it's enough to call.

I think I fold here, I don't see him playing worse 2 pair here often enough to be profitable to call.
I would put his range mainly toward straight, sets and 2 pairs being a lesser part.
