Q1 obviously depends on your winrate.

Q2 This depends on what site you play on. HU at FT, Stars and UB(?) have rake capped at $0,5. At $0.5/$1 NL HU you will rake approx $50 per 1000 hands ($100/1000 hands taken off the table). Compare this with 6m where you pay closer to $90/1000 hands ($540/1000 hands 6m taken off table).

Q3, with reference to Q2, if you play at FT you should accumulate bonuses, points and rakeback at a slower pace than in 6m. If you play at a site with a $1 or higher cap you will likely see that points/bonuses are quicker to clear with HU.
