You're not going to find a good hotel around there. Places in Williamsburg close a lot earlier than in Manhattan so you may have a tough time finding stores or bars to stay warm in. I can think of two places that are open 24-7. Sunac is a grocery store right near the intersection of Metropolitan and Union Ave, just walk away from Manhattan on Metropolitan (underneath the highway) and it's right there. There's also a diner at that corner that's open 24-7. Sleep in a booth ftw?
