Lucky Chances $550, AQo facing an iso raise.
Just one of those preflop spots I'm not sure about.
183 players, 4K starting chips, 30 min levels. UTG lost a big pot the previous hand and has less than 1bb left. Villain is a younger sunglass wearing asian kid who just got moved to my table about 2 orbits ago and had been pretty quite so far. Seems competent. I've got a semi-aggro image, but since villain just got moved to my table I'm not sure he's aware of that. Blinds 150/300, 25 ante. 9-handed. Hero is in the SB with AQo UTG moves all-in for 275. MP2- villain(9,000) raises to 1,200. SB- hero(6,200)? BB got about 7k. |

Go all in, the UTG shove means MP2 drops the very bottom of his range but you've still got a +EV shove over what remains. Also, people fold to much live so i especially like it there where he might fold 77/88 type stuff.

is a shove that bad? his range to isolate can be quite wide given that it's only an 1/8 of his stack(a,10 and up...77 and up) and he may fold some low pp's to ur allin, giving u dead money
