I don't like the overcall preflop b/c you're 3 handed, and you're playing a huge pot with a marginal hand. Too many times you're going to miss the flop, and you'll have to check fold. In your case, I would almost have to felt. Dicko probably has KK,AA and was trapping preflop hoping to induce you to come along. Flupkees coudl have JJ+ with this hand. It's highly unlikely that one has two spades unless they have AQs,AKs. I'd say with your gutshot and flush draw you have good equity, and I think your shove over the top gets maybe Flipkees to fold.

I thought about leading the flop but I thought with the cold caller on the button I might get a free card to get there
