Re: Stars 30k guaranteed FT (3r)
Haven't played these very much lately so, FWIW, I blew through $114.30 in the rebuy hour trying to build a stack to go deep with. Top 3 hands were AQo, 44, 33, next was ATo. Only ended up with 11k at 1st break, so at least it's nice to get a return on my money.

massacred 2 of those hands the AQo hand he ahd been reraise shoving so much then he wakes up with KK to cripple my stack.

Re: Stars 30k guaranteed FT (3r)
yeah played the bustout hand pretty bad. oh well. gg me. thanks for the sweat guys. 3rd not too bad.
edit: actually now that I think about it maybe 3 handed a 12bb shove over a 3bb button raise with KJs isn't too awful. danemm had slowed his aggression down some, but 3 handed his range is pretty wide from the button and I had reasonable FE. The AQo call of mister 3-bet shove for 20bb's was my biggest mistake. Not sure about calling the 3-bet with 99 a few hands earlier was such a good idea 5 handed, with us being the 2 biggest stacks. All in all I played pretty well save a few marginal spots and one really bad one. Thanks again. |
