Re: WSOP on ESPN thread (10/30 - $50k HORSE - Final Table)
[ QUOTE ]
The lack of interest in this thread speaks volumes for how little chance any game has at overtaking no-limit hold 'em. Even 2+2ers don't care about HORSE very much. [/ QUOTE ] True. People claim they want to watch something other than no-limit holdem on occasion, but they really don't. |

The other games aren't and suffer accordingly, especially with showing, what, 10% of the hands played? |

Re: WSOP on ESPN thread (10/30 - $50k HORSE - Final Table)
Maybe a sick call by Tran but not a great call. The callingstation got lucky. He then called with bottenpair all the way a hand later. Didn't we saw the same thing in the main event by him? Made some sick call and then lost a lot of chips later on when he tried to be a hero and make a big call with a crappy hand.
Really annoying when Deeb got the quads and told Tran to muck his hand and slowrolling his own hand, really bad behavior. Not even like he had the absolute nuts either, Tran could have had two outs to beat Deeb's quads. |

[/ QUOTE ] well, don't overlook how much trouble they had putting up percentage graphics for the hi/lo games!! Yellow is low -- blue is high, a card with blue and yellow means it plays both ways... then they have to shade out the cards ( in stud ) that don't play at all... there was something else where a little red mark meant something --- like the ace is high and low, i think... |
