The rounding is NOT random. Notice how many 3 and 7 point lines the cards have. This is because ties lose. The other lines are off because the guy selling these knows which teams are more likely to be picked often. New England is hot, make them 20 and he'll still get more circles on NE. |

[/ QUOTE ] I agree my number before was wrong, but I'm still not getting the same answer as you. This is the equation I'm solving: 10*(p^4) = 300*(p^10) + 20*10*(p^9*(1-p)) Where am I going wrong? |
