seems fine to me, if utg is loose he has a pretty big range, and a MP2 limp is pretty weak also, so I think you have decent amount of fold equity, and even if you're called you're not in terrible shape vs their calling range (i'd say something like ATs+, ATo-AQo, 88-QQ, removing AA, KK, and AKo, to account for the fact that he's less likely to limp with AK and QQ-AA, so the AKs and QQ should account for those.)
