Rivered trips facing a shove
.5/1
villain was pretty passive, liked to just call alot I have been raising alot, but not going crazy, prob just look aggressive to rest of table villain 100 MP Hero 150 CO Hero dealt KdJd utg folds, villain limps, hero raises to 5, all folds, mp calls 5 flop Jh9h2c pot 11.5 villain checks, hero bets 8, villain calls turn Qh pot 27.5 villain checks, hero bet 24, villain calls river Js pot 75.5 villain is all in for 63, hero? what do you guys do on the turn, villain does not bluff alot if that has any bearing on whether to bet/check turn. I play alot on feel, felt like villain had flush and pushed like he loved seeing the 3rd J hit ont he river, perhaps he could have had one as well, what do you do here? |

Re: Rivered trips facing a shove
I check behind this turn about 95% of the time, thats such a horrible card.
You either put in more money now when you are behind, or he folds hands worse than yours. As played, I guess call, but I think you are beat alot here. |

i like turn, as played i think you'll see a flush/fh a large % of the time. This is a fold i think.

Re: Rivered trips facing a shove
Problem with turn is that flush is already there and every single jack cept for JT has us already beat. And JT just picked up tons of equity.
