Please stop posting in this thread if you don't understand datamining.

In light of current events I don't see how it can be a good idea for Stars not to allow it.

Then you are the man who really don't understand consequences.

Datamining had NOTHING to do with the disclosure of the scandal.

Datamining was responsible for finding the chipdumping on absolute. Datamining was responsible for finding the bots on Party and Full Tilt.

You can't multitable in a casino so why online? They're not the same game. A different set of rules apply.

Completely agree with the OP.

In fact, I'll take it a step further. Suppose Stars made it a policy that 1 year after a hand is played, the players' hole cards are made public?

Psst, you really oughta get with this hot new thing called the internet!

Amazon - you can buy books online. No need to go sit in the bookstore.
E-bay - you can auction off stuff or bid in auctions online. No need to go sit in Sotheby's.
Google - you can summon texts, articles, references online. No need to go sit in the library.
Pornsites - etc. You get the drift.

B&M is a different planet from online poker. Don't visit if you can't breath the air.

LOL I like the fact that you've put in bold the absolutely (pun intended) WORST part of all your posts! In case we miss it no doubt.

It would've been impossible (or just another wild eyed paranoid rant) to establish, without the necessary data and its analysis, that online cheating exists. What you're saying is that data analysis should be done without data -- right?..
