There's not close to enough information here. Stack sizes? Bet sizes beyond the blind you posted?

I'd make the preflop raise bigger, you're out of position with a hand which is likely to have at least one over card on the flop. A 2.5x raise from the SB when there has been one limper is too small, I would have went for a 450 - 500 raise. If the BB pushes, call and hope you're against 99's or Ax.
As played I push, hope for AK/AQ. |

With 13 BBs just shove over the limper initially, the raise to 300 quite bad and serves absolutely no purpose.

Limper only has 7BBs. Shove when the Prf action first gets to you.
