Flop decision at 10/20
I was having a discussion with a 2+2er about this hand that was played by a friend of mine.
Villain is 33/30/2.6 filtered for 5-6 handed after 81 hands. The question is what do you do on this flop? Is your answer different if villain is like 27/22? Pretty sure that is a fold with either villian.

Re: Flop decision at 10/20
You need to have further reads on your opponents. Whats their 3-betting range and how aggressive do they play the turn (eg. continuation betting turn in PT)
Some opponents like to check the turn in these spots and vs them a call is a great play, some opponents barrel any turn in 3bet pots. With a backdoor FD, the descision would become easier. |

Against a wide 3betting range, you equity isnt that bad, but this is a bad rio situation. IF you feel he's getting out of line preflop, I would prefer capping to take back the initiative.

i think peeling sucks with no reads, if you have more info on the opponent and know that he slows down with an A on board you can take it away from them. with no read capping and taking control of the hand seems better

I'd consider floating the second guy but never the first.

Re: Flop decision at 10/20
Depending on game flow and any specific reads, if I call the flop against the first guy, it's because I'm planning on showing down UI. I don't really like floating because I think you're going to face a 2nd barrel or a screwplay too often to justify the flop expenditure.
Against the second guy, I'd probably go between folding and floating, depending on my image and game flow. If I'm getting any respect at all, I'd lean towards floating. |

Re: Flop decision at 10/20
I'd cap preflop for sure against this guy. If he's 33/30 5-6 handed, his range for 3-betting a button raise 4-handed must be pretty wide. I think you have a decent equity edge preflop and the hand will be much easier to play on later streets if you have the lead.

Re: Flop decision at 10/20
I like DD's comment, the standard tag is much more likely to c/f his pp or whatever because you had to have called the flop with "something"
