Small Pot on turn

I'd c/f but it's close to c/c I think. The problem is that although he's never folding I don't think he always has a huge enough hand for us to get 3bets on the river when we hit a straight. I guess that means that we can b/f river 7/9 to get value from A high. Tiny pot + relying on implied odds that may not be there = not want to get involved.
