absolutely call, the only thing you lose to is KQ and the very uncommon K9. considering JT is huge in his range, along with any K and 55, this is prettymuch best case scenario. you should be singing sweet songs to get you're money in like this. if it just so happens that he has KQ, thats just the way the cookie crumbles. It is the worst type of -EV to fold hands that make you your money. theres no way you could just magically put his range on KQ,K9 when JT and all the other combinations are much more numerically plausible.
