Default HALP sending a pokertracker databse to someone...

im trying to send a pokertracker database to someone which is a huge file so obv it cant be sent via email, im trying beam file, but that doesnt seem to be working which is annoying, can anyone tell me any way that i can send this file please?

Upload it to a hosting site like rapidshare, megaupload..

Pretty sure you could just Export all the HHF's and send those. He could then import those HHF's into his existing, or a new DB. Uploading a couple 100mb DB might take a bit of time, depending on your connection.

on these sites can the file be password protected or something?

most of them u can make the files "private".

another option is to use WINRAR to make the DB into a RAR file, then upload the RAR file. The RAR files can have a password assigned during creation. Then they can download, u give the password so they can UN-RAR it.

ive just looked and neither maegaupload or rapid share support the size of this file

its 814 mb and megauploads max is 500 and rapid shares max is 100 :[

anyone know any other ways?

Skype need YEARS (uses SSL Encryption!).

Try FTP, WinRAR (Split the Files á 100MB) and upload it to megaupload (etc) or ICQ/AIM.

One way which i have thought about is just buying a pen drive then sending the drive to the person by mail.This is a good way to sell your PT-DB's

Say if the pen drive cost $35-$40 just include this in the cost you sell the DB's for.Then after then copy the files they have a nice pen drive [img]/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img]

This is what i will be doing when im done at each level i play [img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]
